This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Care Manager to join an award-winning bespoke housing developer in the East of Scotland. Our client is looking to attract an experienced Maintenance Manager who will be responsible for rectifying and resolving defects as well as dealing with customer aftercare on new build residential developments throughout their East of Scotland business. You will ideally have experience in a customer-facing role and be very motivated to deliver award-winning customer service, quality, and safety standards to recognise this there is an extremely attractive package on offer.
