Are you our next Project Manager?Do you want a change of pace and thrive in a dynamic, fast paced, innovative working environment?Do you have a passion for providing exceptional customer experience delivering projects to a variety of clients in different sectors?Would you like to be part of a first-class UK wide Project Management team delivering HR and Payroll solutions to our customers?If this, is you, we would love to hear from you!About the Team!The Professional Project Management team within MHR has grown by 75% in the last 12 months and we recognise the importance and value our Project Managers make in the delivery of our HR, and Payroll solutions to our customers.Individual and team development plus employee satisfaction within the role is our key focus which is why we are looking to continue expanding our team with Project Management specialists who want an exciting and customer focussed role and to be part of a great team and organisation.What will you do in this role?Manage on a day-to-day basis multiple project implementations for our customers.Deliver clear, concise and actionable project plans, providing a quality service to our customers.Facilitate regular touch points and meetings with our customers, as well as internal stakeholdersproviding documented key discussion items, action items, risks, issues and Highlight Reports.Understand, manage and communicate customer expectations.Plan and manage the allocation of consultancy resources to maximise the departmental chargeable utilisation and revenue.Ensure project risks are raised early and lead discussions to seek timely resolution.Lead benefits realisation through engagement with our customers by understanding their passion for change from the pre-sales process through to project start-up and throughout the full implementation of the HR and Payroll solution.Carefully documenting and managing project milestones, stage gates, deliverables, deadlines, and scope.Make sure projects are delivered to agreed time, cost, and quality objectives.Implement change control whenever appropriate.Continually identify and drive additional commercial opportunities.Provide financial, budgetary control reports for all project costs.Produce accurate weekly revenue forecasts.Agree on communication plans with stakeholders. This may also result in opportunities to be part of our Customer Project Board Meetings.Forecast project resource needs, onboard, train and develop new team member.Help to deliver project management improvements throughout our organisation and department, helping to support continuous improvements to our processes and methodology.Ensuring that controls and measures are in place to assure the quality of everything we deliver.Be an active part in striving to deliver the best project management service to our customers and be part of a strong, supportive, dynamic, and fantastic team!Your Experience will need to include:Extensive Service Industry Project Management experience - a minimum of 3+ years experience essentialAbility to communicate effectively at all levels.Extensive experience in documenting and maintaining project plans, risk/issue logs, action item logs, and other project management related tools to help achieve project success.Well organised and methodical with high attention to detail. The capacity to maintain schedules and meet deadlines is key!Strong commercial awareness.Excellent communication, negotiation and teamwork skills.Experience project managing HR / Payroll Systems projects desirable but not essential.Proven experience in project managing solutions to external customers/clients is essential.All phases of the software implementation lifecycle, methodologies and best practices.You are or have been part of a successful and remote working team.Ideally, PRINCE2 qualified (or working towards a qualification).Previous iTrent experience is desirable but not essential.Travel may be necessary, depending on location, the role is remote.What you’ll get in return:With a great working environment and amazing colleagues, we’ll support you professionally and personally through our learning and wellbeing programmes.
