Junior Sous Chef modern British restaurant
A modern British restaurant and bar with a lovely garden and 8 letting rooms. They are a well-established and successful business catering for 60 covers in both the restaurant and bar.
There is a brigade of 3 chefs plus KPs, led by an extremely talented Head Chef with 3 AA Rosette background. They prepare fresh, seasonal menus, utilising all the wonderful local produce available to them and everything is made from scratch in house to a very high standard.

The ideal Junior Sous Chef will be passionate about cooking with fresh, seasonal produce and have previous experience within a similar environment. As Junior Sous Chef you will be an integral part of the team and be involved in menus design, stock control, and ordering.
