Commercial Manager

Position: Commercial Manager Sector: Residential Developer Salary: £100,000- £120,000 Car / Car Allowance Bonus Package Location: South West London My client, a high- end, Residential Developer are on the lookout for a Commercial Manager to join a prestigious scheme. This is a great opportunity to become involved in a project where each unit is individually designed within a Grade II listed building. Running for the next few years, this role has the opportunity for growth and progression. Main Responsibilities: Managing both internal and external relationships Working with multiple stakeholders Making sure guidance, structure and systems are in place to ensure a smooth and efficient tendering process Monitor and report costs Commercial Management Experience and skills Experience with high-end residential refurbishment Good knowledge of Building Regulations, NHBC and Health and Safety requirements. Industry related business qualification. Manage internal and external clients. IT literate (COINS system would be preferred).
