You will be driven by enabling people to achieve their objectives and in turn the business achieving its overall goals.Key responsibilities:Partnering with the NNG EVP, responsible for the roll out of the people strategy across the division.Line management of staff including HR Managers in UK and Asia.To work with the HR Managers and proactively identify people issues and propose appropriate and innovative solutions.Minimise risk to the business by ensuring any potential exposures are raised and managed effectively and consistently – provide commercially viable advice.Ensure there is a focus on creating a high-performance culture with clear accountability.Participate in the ideation and organization of employee events related to HR strategic initiatives (diversity, talent development etc.)Drive strategic HR related planning, lead on any changes in organisational structure and operating model across NNG.Work with finance to align budgets and resource needs and identify opportunities for resource sharing across the division.Instill client service mindset in all HR activities with a business-focused approach.Develop the capability of Managers to retain talent and ensure that clear succession and development plans are in place.Coach managers to achieve effective management of high performers and underperformers.HR Projects - To work as a key player in the group HR team and support group wide projects.Support on the acquisition and integration of future opportunities in NNG and potential geo-clones.About you:CIPD qualified essential.International employment law desirable but not essential.Proven experience in a HR Leadership role including employee relations.Direct experience of implementing and supporting restructures and change programmes.Flexible and capable of working with multiple projects at the same time.Experience of working and partnering with a senior management team.A creative but practical approach to problem solving.Be a driver of change and an ambassador of our culture.Previous experience of M&A.Previous experience of working with OKRs and in PE.
