Plasterer

Currently working with our client who are looking for plasterers to work on Social Housing properties, the work will be on voids and reactive maintenance

Position: Plasterer in Social Housing

Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and maintenance on social housing properties.
• Skim, dot n dab, full re plaster, dry lining
• Work on void properties to ensure they are ready for new tenants.
• Collaborate with the maintenence team to uphold quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social housing plastering.
• NVQ qualification in Plastering.
• Valid CSCS card.
• Clean driving license.
• Able to use a PDA
