Senior Sales Negotiator

Full details of how this will work will be revealed at interview. ---- The Role: In the Estate Agency Senior Sales Negotiator role you'll report to the Business Support Manager and will be responsible for as the Senior Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of sales, including property sales, valuations, financial service appointments, sign-ups, conveyancing quotes, and instructions. This position is based in the company's Iver Sl0 9Bh office, so please ensure that's within a reasonable commutable distance for you before you apply. The standard working hours for this job are Monday - Friday 0900 - 18.00 alternative Saturdays. ---- The Candidate: To be the right person for Estate Agency Senior Sales Negotiator role you will need direct background playing a crucial role in managing all aspects of sales, including property sales, valuations, financial service appointments, sign-ups, conveyancing quotes, and instructions. We also need you to have prior experience of: - Overseeing the daily operations of residential sales and conducting team meetings - Conducting canvassing and accompanying viewings - Managing sales progression and communicating regularly with solicitors, buyers, and sellers securing offers and maximizing value streams - At least 2-3 years of experience at the Senior Negotiator level - Strong knowledge of relevant legislation affecting residential sales and lettings - Previous experience in the field It's important that you also have the following: - A valid UK driving license - Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills - Proven experience in sales progression and valuations - Strong knowledge of relevant legislation affecting residential sales and lettings We need you to be able to work alternative Saturdays. In addition you can earn a personal performance bonus in the role if you hit your targets. Full details about the scheme will be revealed on application.
