POSITION OVERVIEW
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Ritz London within the Staff Restaurant as our Staff Restaurant Supervisor.
The supervisor of our staff restaurant monitors the daily operations, ensuring that all team members are well cared for and that meal services operate seamlessly. Key responsibilities include monitoring food safety and hygiene standards, managing food service, and assisting with staff training, all while ensuring the smooth functioning of the staff restaurant.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience successfully supervising a team
Food Safety knowledge and certificates are desirable
Excellent customer service skills
Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
Good command of the English language, both spoken and written
Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
