Job Title: Teaching Assistant / TA Location: Plymouth Start Date: Immediate Salary: £85-£110 per day (Part Time & Full Time Available)  Have you got experience working with SEND / Special Educational Needs & Disabilities? Are you confident working on a 1:1 / small group basis? Do you drive & have your own car? This role will involve driving responsibilities, working 1:1 or in small groups with students who have behaviours that challenge. You must be resilient, confident & engaging to work with these students to get the best out of them & support them in their educational journey.  This alternative provision is seeking experienced Teaching Assistants / TA's who can help with classroom management, behaviour support, and encourage learning through creative approaches such as Learning Outside The Classroom / LOTC.
