We are dedicated to delivering bespoke, responsive, educational programs that inspire and empower learners.Our mission is to create a positive impact through innovative curriculum design and effective teaching methodologies.We are seeking to recruit a talented, forward thinking, experienced Curriculum Manager to lead curriculum development in Tailored (Community) Learning (Creative, Health and Wellbeing, Horticulture). minimum of 2 years' experience of managing a team of teachers delivering quality learning to meet KPIs and funding expectations. proven track record of developing and delivering innovative and high-quality curriculum relevant to meet local need. Supporting delivery of high-quality teaching, learning and assessment, and driving quality improvements. Monitoring, reporting on improvement of learner outcomes including progression to further study and employment. Implementing quality assurance processes to meet the requirements of external awarding and funding bodies. Liaising across the curriculum and wider organisation and stakeholders to develop innovative tailored (community) learning delivery across the borough.
