Job Description: We are hiring a Social Media Manager and Content Creator to lead the growth and engagement of our brand’s presence across various social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. We are looking for someone who is passionate about storytelling through social media, skilled in creating high-quality content, and obsessed with increasing brand awareness and engagement. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a creative visionary, capable of developing innovative content strategies, building and engaging communities, and driving measurable results. This role requires extensive knowledge of leading social media trends and techniques and an interest in creative innovation. The Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, performance media, and CRM teams to create a cohesive brand message and optimize content for maximum reach and impact across the digital ecosystem. This role will report into the Brand leads. Location: London, United Kingdom Responsibilities: Social Media · Manage the day-to-day activity and strategy implementation on social media accounts, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy · Engage with followers, responding to DMs, and flagging any issues to maintain a positive and responsive community · Ensure all social media accounts are driving towards achieving/exceeding KPIs o Engagement rate, reach, impressions, views, follower growth · Work closely with the brand lead to deliver content that brings to life the brand, its values, and key campaigns · Develop and manage content calendars, coordinating posts, stories, and campaigns across platforms · Own the creation and management of weekly and monthly reports, analyzing the performance of social media content to provide actionable insights · Brief in graphic design requests for owned social channels, to ensure content aligns with brand visuals. Content Creation · Create engaging, on-brand content that resonates with the target audience to raise awareness, drive engagement, and boost conversion · Collaborate with the team, influencers and external creators to plan content that aligns with the brand’s voice, target audience, and business objectives · Adapt existing brand assets for optimized use on IG Stories, Reels, and TikTok · Produce short-form video content, including shooting, editing, and optimizing videography · Identify and apply consumer insights to develop content that is relevant and impactful · Review all content for final sign-off by the Brand Leads, ensuring quality and consistency across all platforms Qualifications: · 3 years’ experience in social media management and content creation, preferably within beauty, fashion, wellness or lifestyle sectors. · Proven track record of building and growing brand presence on TikTok and Instagram. · Strong portfolio showcasing creative content, including photography, videography, and graphics. · Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design platforms. · Strong copywriting and storytelling skills to craft engaging captions, posts, and video scripts. · Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere) · Experience developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement, followers, and sales. · Ability to adapt to algorithm changes and experiment with new content formats and features · Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, CRM, and performance media teams. · A passion for storytelling and the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools. · Creative mindset with a commercial focus on growing engagement, building community, and driving revenue through content.
