Finishing Manager

About the Finishing Manager Role The role of the Finishing Manager will be to see a project through from Frame to handover. Managing all the internal fit out, CAT A & B through to snagging and handover to the client. Managing the subcontractors and reporting into an on site Project Manager. A lot of this work will be in the residential and student accommodation sector on projects ranging from £30millon - £100million. Prior experience on working on projects of a similar nature is essential. Requirements of the Finishing Manager Carpentry background is preferred 15-20 years experience desired.
