Job Title: Senior Reward Analyst
Location: Reading - 3 days a week in office
Salary: Up to £65,000
Benefits: 25 days annual leave, PMI, up to 15% annual bonus - based on company & personal performance
Job Description: Our client, a leading global construction manufacturing firm are looking for a Reward and Organisation Effectiveness Specialist to lead compensation and reward based reporting and analytics, assist the annual reward review cycle and support on various Organisational Design workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead data generation and analysis to drive new global reward initiatives
- Support the implementation of global job architecture roll out
- Take a key role in the management of the global end of year process for performance and reward.
- Lead the Workday system preparation to support the end of year process
- Ensure data accuracy and system readiness for the global annual reward and performance review process
- Partner with regional HR teams to extract key data sets.
- Support the Global OD on various Organisational Design workstreams ensuring that our client are organisationally capable and effective.
Key Experiences:
- Proven experience in working in HR roles of a matrix organisation
- Strong data analytics and numerical skills
- Proven experience in managing annual reward and performance review process.
- Proven experience in employment cost budgeting
- Comfortable and experienced working in a fast paced change environment
