We’re looking for a Business Development Representative that is super driven and ambitious, to join a Marketing agency based in Bristol. They’re offering a basic salary of £25,000 per annum and an OTE of £35,000 for the first year. This is a great role for somebody that loves working in small, growing teams and has some experience generating new sales, ideally in a B2B environment.
The role of Business Development Representative involves:
- Collating and following up on inbound leads from prospects.
- Identifying new potential leads through various sources.
- Making outbound calls to discuss the services offered to prospects.
- Taking the time to understand the client’s needs to offer the best products.
- Completing of new client sales and onboarding them with the AM team.
- Using your personality to build long-standing relationships!
For the Business Development Representative, you need:
- Previous outbound sales experience – ideally 6-18 months.
- Must love speaking to new people and building relationships.
- Knowledge of the industry is NOT needed but of course, great if you do have any!
In return for the Business Development Representative will get:
