Job Title: Refuse Loader Location: Malvern Hours: 06:30 – 15:00 (Overtime available) Days: Monday to Friday Pay: £11.44 per hour - rising to £12.18 after 12 weeks A local authority is seeking a dedicated Refuse Loader to join their team in Malvern. This role offers full-time employment, as well as temporary cover for holidays and sickness, with additional work available during busy periods. Key Responsibilities: Collecting commercial and domestic waste and loading it onto refuse wagons. Working in all weather conditions. Regular overtime availability, often required to meet demand. Physically demanding work involving the lifting of heavy bags and manual loading. Experience: Previous experience as a Refuse Loader is beneficial but not essential.
