Working alongside some of the most talented designers in the industry, in the role of Project Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring that projects run to plan, scope and commercially successfully.
You'll be an architect by trade, who has moved into a project management role or has extensive project management skills developed in a minimum of five years working as a project architect. With the practice working primarily on projects in the middle east and far east, you'll be a confident communicator able to adept your approach to suit difference audiences and cultures, whilst keeping all stakeholder fully informed of all key issues potentially affecting project performance.
This is a non - design role, but as an architect yourself, you'll be aware of the design process and able to bridge communication between the design teams and external parties, focusing on solutions and reducing project risks.
To be considered for more senior project management roles, you'll also be adept at project setup, and work closely with the commercial team to determine appropriate terms and responsibilities.
