Managing Quantity Surveyor
Civil Engineering Contractor
Location: Kenilworth, Warwickshire
Day rate: £400 - £450 LTD / CIS
Project: HS2
Long term contract
Randstad are currently looking for a experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to work with a an established contractor on HS2 in Kenilworth, Warwickshire. As part of the commercial team you will be responsible for managing a range of Structure packages.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the commercial management of large-scale civils packages on HS2
Manage all aspects of project finances, including budgeting, cost control, and forecasting
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage subcontractor accounts
Provide strategic commercial advice to the project team
Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and the project team to ensure smooth project delivery

Proven experience as a Managing Quantity Surveyor in the civils or infrastructure sector
Strong knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts
Experience working on large, complex projects (HS2 experience is advantageous)
Excellent commercial and contractual acumen
