BRIEF

LEGGWORK are looking for a Handyperson to be brought onto a luxury residential to Fix High-end defects in Stow on the Wold. The successful candidate would be someone who has experience in multiple trades and possesses a diverse set of skills. We are looking for this job to start on 07/10 and it is expected to be ongoing. Given the high-end nature of this project, the candidate will need to have a keen eye for detail and strive for perfection in all tasks completed.

WHAT WILL BE EXPECTED OF ME?

• To assist in all finishings such as connecting water fixtures to pipes, installing electrical appliances and 2nd fix Carpentry
• Repairing snagging
• Assisting with the delivery of materials
• Assisting with trades
• Reliable, hard-working and good attitude

WHAT WILL I NEED?

• PPE
• 2 Recent Work references
• Up-to-date work history with experience in a variety of trades
• A CSCS card is required
• Basic hand tools
• Reliable plan to commute to work
