They offer strategy and reporting through to Campaign, PR and content for a diverse client roster, and focus on sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility ( CSR ).The agency is well established and has built a reputation based around its strategical approach, creative output and the emphasis is places on truly understanding the brands that they work with and their goals with regards to Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility . This allows them to produce exceptional work that is executed to the highest standard and has meant that they have retained clients as well as winning new ones year on year.The agency in question are looking for a talented Senior Editorial / Layout Designer to work from provided creative concepts of varied projects and lead by example with the roll out of beautiful, clean and high level editorial / reporting design work.You will ideally have had creative agency / corporate communications agency / publishing experience and worked across some corporate communications in terms of editorial / reporting for both print and online.You should be used to working from provided concepts and crafting beautiful, high end design work including information design / infographics and creating striking and informative layouts. The role will involve adding creative value, but you should also be able to follow style guides and brand guidelines for a variety of clients.The agency pick up a broad variety of projects, so you should be able to adapt to multiple projects each week. Your portfolio will need to demonstrate a variety of editorial or reports or high end brochure work, with tables, charts and infographics that you have created. It should also be visually stunning demonstrating high end, clean layouts.As a Senior Designer within the team, the agency will also look for you to work closely with the Design Directors and Creative Director to lead by example and inspire the team around you with the quality of your design work and attitude towards work. They look for people who are conscientious and pay attention to detail and quality in your work.
