Ensure that every child receives a high level of care and is in a safe environment Deliver stimulating methods of learning to help shape individual needs, in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum Lead a team of exceptional people towards a common goal Have experience with business and commerce elements of the Nursery runnings Strong knowledge of safeguarding and compliance procedures. Experience with an Early Years Leadership role ideally as a Deputy Manager or similar. A confident leader who has successfully participated in Ofsted inspections with Good or Outstanding outcomes.
