Job Title: Product Analytics and Governance Lead Location: AnyContract Type: Fixed Term (12-14 months maternity cover)About the TeamThe UW Standards & Governance team ensures regulatory adherence for all products throughout their lifecycle. We handle product governance, development, and underwriting control, working closely with various internal and external stakeholders.Role OverviewAs the Product Analytics Lead, you’ll support the Product & Underwriting Governance Manager. Your responsibilities include managing the annual review plan, maintaining the product register and review dashboard, and submitting change and proposition forms. You’ll analyse product performance, compile governance reports, and work on internal binding agreements. Collaboration with Compliance and Conduct teams to address regulatory requirements is also key.Key ResponsibilitiesCompile Metrics: Gather product governance metrics from sources like Tableau and SQL.Maintain Registers: Create and update the product register and annual review dashboard.Analyse Performance: Assess product metrics and suggest improvements.Board Reporting: Ensure timely compilation of information for governance reports.Support Projects: Create bespoke reports for ad-hoc projects and governance deep dives.Must-HavesExperience with MS Excel and Power BICommercial or insurance experience in governance, operations, or underwritingStrong organisational and stakeholder management skillsAttention to detail and accuracyIf this sounds like something you are interested in, please get in contact:[email protected] Resourcing is an equal opportunities employer and is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace which values and benefits from the diversity of the workforce we hire.
