Key Responsibilities:

• Advising Clients: Provide expert legal advice on contentious construction matters, including contract disputes, professional negligence, and delay claims.

• Case Management: Handle a varied caseload of high-value disputes, representing clients across sectors such as real estate, infrastructure, and energy.

• Litigation and ADR: Manage all aspects of litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution processes.

• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: 2-5+ years PQE with a strong background in contentious construction matters.

• Expertise: Solid understanding of construction contracts (e.g., JCT, NEC) and relevant legislation.

• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.

• Ambition: A proactive and commercially astute approach with a desire to excel in a challenging legal environment.
