Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Support Manager at ZinCo Green Roof Systems Ltd. located in Witney. The Technical Sales Support Manager will be responsible for providing technical support to the sales team, assisting with client inquiries, preparing technical documentation, and coordinating deliveries.

Qualifications

• Technical Sales, Customer Support, and Product Knowledge skills
• Experience in preparing technical documentation and providing training
• Project Management and Coordination skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of green building technologies is a plus
• Knowledge in logistics is a plus
• Ideally with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
