Do you have a background in HR Shared Services / People Services / HR operations?Hybrid workingPart time - 4 days a week or flexible hours consideredBased BirminghamHRLife are delighted to be working with a client who is looking to develop their HR Shared Services offering and deliver a best-in-class, highly effective service covering the full HR employee lifecycle within the team. We are keen to speak with individuals with previous HR Shared Service experience combined with strong Workday and communication skills.So, if you have experience of working in a customer centric role within HR, experience of working in a global matrix business and pride yourself on service excellence and great customer delivery, love working with data, are detail orientated and enjoy supporting with process improvement - then we’d love to hear from you.Some of the responsibilities you'll be involved with include;Providing HR Support to both the UK and EMEA employees on a range of issues such as maternity, paternity, flexible working requests, gardening leave, bonus payments, probations etc.Provide support to managers and employees on Workday and drive the use of self serviceEnsure all template letter and forms are reviewed and updated as needed in line with changesSupport the delivery of TUPE administration processes where applicableSupport with long term absence queriesConduct all Workday data audit checksWork closely with the reward team to capture any legislation changes and provide support as needed on pension administrationManage the retirement and process probations paperworkOversee the leaver process - exit interview calculations, settlement agreements etc.Provide admin support to the HRBP's on restructures, M&A and redundanciesYou will be able to;Answer a variety of HR queries in a timely mannerUnderstand and provide appropriate solutions to queriesEnsuring the HR system is accurate and updated – conducting regular auditsTraining your colleagues on HR system changesInputting into enhancing current processes, accurately documenting themExemplary communication skillsExcellent stakeholder management skills – a strong relationship builder40-45k plus benefits.4 days a weekHybrid Working on offer - 2-3 in the office, 1-2 at home.Essential you've worked in a UK HR team previously in a large global matrix business.
