The role Reporting to the Factory Technical Manager you will help protect the food safety, authenticity/integrity and quality of products that our client produces. This is achieved through the management of the Food Safety Technicians supporting the Factory Technical Manager to deliver on critical food safety key performance indicators such as microbiological testing, auditing, good manufacturing practice inspections amongst other measures The person Our ideal candidate will have experience in working in a fast-paced food production factory, ideally in a ready-to-eat environment, have a proven track-record of delivering on key food safety KPI’s such as microbiological testing programme, the understanding of allergen management within a factory environment, you must have excellent IT skills (ideally has good working knowledge of Excel, Power Bi feeds, email and food safety management programmes) About us Alaska Black are recruitment specialists, recruiting nationally across all roles within FMCG, Engineering, Finance, Human Resources and Senior Level Appointments.
