The Benefits · £30,(Apply online only)-£40,(Apply online only) salary dependent on experience - £15-£20 per hour · Overtime always available and paid at 1.5X and 2X on Sundays. · 32 Days holiday including bank holiday · Pension Scheme · Cycle to work scheme · Health Hero · Bupa Cash plan · Ongoing commitment to training and progression The Role · Programme, set and operate multi-axis 3 Doosan Siemens controls to produce precise components for a variety of industries. · Produce small and large batches of precise components working to extremely tight tolerances to ensure quality expectations are met. · Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings to produce components using a variety of materials efficiently and effectively. · Follow and adhere to company Health & Safety policies and procedures. The Requirements · Minimum 3 years experience as a CNC Miller working with Siemens controls (essential) · Proven ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings (essential) · Previous experience producing components for the motorsport/automotive industries (advantageous) · Ability to work alone and as part of a team · Willingness to train and progress Interaction Recruitment have specialist consultants across most industries within the UK, including but not limited to, Finance & IT, Technical & Engineering, Industrial, Commercial and Hospitality.
