Cyber Incident Response Team Manager – Cybersecurity - Up to £100k - Hybrid - Bonus - Excellent Benefits. Strong leadership abilities to inspire and motivate team members, set objectives, and enhance performance. Expertise in methodologies for incident detection, analysis, and response. In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices. hands-on experience with security tools and technologies commonly used in a SOC environment, including SIEM (Security Information and Event Management), IDS/IPS (Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems), and EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) solutions. Competent in assessing and prioritizing security risks based on potential impact and likelihood. Understanding of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards, such as GDPR and PCI DSS. Experience in ensuring SOC operations align with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
