Overview:
A Market Leader in Financial Services are currently seeking a Corporate Action Manager to join their team to ensure compliance with processes and procedures for both corporate actions and dividends.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Review working practices and provide recommendations for improvement
• Manage department and team members, coach and develop
• Ensure company procedures are up to date with FCA and CASS requirements
• Assist company staff with advice on regulation and systems advice
• Working with other departments to assist them with other duties

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar position in Financial Services
• 5 + years of experience in financial services
• Good knowledge of FCA CASS rules
• Experience working with dividends and corporate actions
• An excellent communicator
• Hard-working and ambitious
• A team leader who thrives when working with others towards shared goals

Package:

• Up to £55,000 basic salary depending on experience
