This is an exciting opportunity to work with an exciting range of clients across fintech, technology, media, energy, life sciences, healthcare, hotels etc on a broad range of complex and challenging banking & finance transactions. The role would suit an experienced banking solicitor with 1 to 5 years PQE within a banking/finance practice. The role is based in their Edinburgh office. Their banking & finance practices is well regarded and have a leading global banking & finance practice. The RoleWorking within this 3 Partner practice you will advise a broad range of clients both lender and borrower clients on a wide range of complex and challenging banking & finance transactions. This will include leveraged and acquisition finance, TMT finance, corporate lending and funds finance. You will also be required to advise clients and give legal opinions and draft a range of banking & finance documentation.
