Senior paraplanning role in a growing and successful advice practice. CII Diploma qualified only Minimum 2 years experience in this role Fully diploma qualified, may be chartered Need experience in pensions, ISA, Investment bonds UK and international, EIS, VCT, Business relief, protection including WOL, excess income plans and trust planning/gifting. Simply put we expect a senior paraplanner to have experience in all areas. Good working relationships with the adviser. Ability to make planning suggestions to the adviser helps. All these experiences help to achieve the senior level salary and benefits. We will help and encourage our paraplanner to become more qualified. As the team grows, they will train and manage other paraplanners.
