We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive our client’s business growth in the Commercial Real Estate/Proptech sector. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing content creation, and optimising marketing channels for brand awareness and lead generation.
Marketing Manager - Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and account management teams to understand customer personas and industry trends.
- Develop, manage, and distribute high-quality content, including case studies, whitepapers, and digital marketing materials.
- Maintain an organized marketing calendar and oversee SEO strategies to enhance visibility and traffic.
- Monitor performance metrics and analyse data to refine marketing strategies.

Marketing Manager - Profile
- Experience in commercial real estate and scaling SaaS companies.
- Proven track record in developing and delivering marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office/Google Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Marketing Manager – Package
- £60,000 to £65,000 basic.
