Project Delivery Manager (Finance)

My FTSE 100 Client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a key financial project within their organisation. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and process improvement, with experience in financial planning and project delivery. An accountancy qualification and knowledge of SAP BPC are highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of financial projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Collaborate with finance, IT, and business teams to streamline processes and implement improvements. Manage stakeholder relationships, providing clear communication on project progress, risks, and outcomes. Work on financial planning and forecasting to ensure project alignment with company objectives. Provide leadership in the implementation of finance systems, ensuring the successful integration of SAP BPC or similar software. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on finance and process improvement. Strong financial acumen and experience in financial planning or accounting. An accountancy qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is highly desirable. Experience with SAP BPC or other financial planning software is advantageous. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
