Cover Supervisor

Job Title: Cover Supervisor Location: South West England, Devon, South Brent Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time and Part-time hours Secondary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £95 - £100 Per day Job Duties: Supervising students in the absence of a teacher Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment Delivering pre-prepared lessons and providing support to students Following the school's behaviour and disciplinary policies Reporting back on student progress and any issues to teaching staff Required Qualifications: GCSEs or equivalent qualifications Experience working with children or young people Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow instructions and work independently Education: A minimum of GCSEs or equivalent qualifications Experience: Previous experience working with children or young people Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of classroom management techniques Ability to engage with students and maintain a positive learning environment Basic knowledge of the education system and school policies Preferred Qualifications: Teaching Assistant qualification First Aid certification Working Conditions: Temporary position with Full-Time hours Work within a school setting Potential for dealing with challenging behaviour
