Area Manager

Hoop Nursing & Healthcare are seeking an Area Manager, for a service supporting adults with ASD and additional needs, in the Conwy and Flintshire area. As the Area Manager, some of the key responsibilities include: * Responsibility for ensuring support services within the area are managed to the highest of standards * Ensuring colleagues are well-managed and lead / manage practice that promotes the safeguarding of individuals * Playing a significant role in developing and maintaining positive relations with external stakeholders It is critical that we find the right individual for this role, a comprehensive job description and person specification will be discussed thoroughly at initial enquiry stage.
