Essential Criteria Experience: Proven experience in teaching, with a strong understanding of different teaching methodologies and classroom management techniques. Qualifications: A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., QTS) and relevant subject expertise. Passion for Teaching: A genuine passion for education, with a warm, caring, and enthusiastic approach to teaching. Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to various teaching environments and student needs, and flexibility in accepting different teaching assignments. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students, as well as collaborate with staff and parents.
