This is a really exciting time to join this business and the roles are either newly created or due to promotion. The team are passionate about providing an excellent customer experience and believe in a consultative approach. The role involves building and nurturing relationships with new customers whilst exceeding high retention rates with there existing client base.Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their individual needs and goals using a consultative approach to fully support them with their use of the companies online platformSucceed in client renewals and up sell opportunities, contributing to revenue growthBecome a product expert, staying up to date on new features and effectively communicating their values to clientsIdentify opportunities for client advocacy, including obtaining positive case studies, testimonials, and reviewsProvide comprehensive training to clients on the platform to ensure successful on boardingAttend industry events on occasionsManage the on boarding process for new accountsThe role will suit someone who is passionate about providing a service and preferably with a SaaS business.
