My client is a leading global player in social media marketing and product development within the iGaming industry, committed to helping people bet smarter and safer. They are seeking an ambitious and highly efficient Operations Manager to join the growing team. This individual will directly support our CEOs and Senior Leadership Team in scaling the business to the next level. What we need from you: KPI Management and Tracking: Work with the senior leadership team to establish, monitor, and report on KPIs for each brand, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy and vision. Recruitment: Support the senior leadership team in their hiring efforts, whether by working with recruitment agencies or managing the entire hiring process in house. Compliance and Risk Management: Implement and oversee processes to ensure full compliance with ASA and CAP regulations, mitigating risks and educating employees on regulatory guidelines and best practices. Technology Integration: Identify and implement the best cloud-based tools to enhance efficiency and performance in our fully remote operations. Culture Development: Embrace and promote what makes us unique, both internally and externally, to strengthen our culture and ensure we are the best place to work. Employee Administration: Establish and manage processes for all aspects of employee administration, including onboarding, offboarding, equipment budgets, perks, holiday and rota management, probation periods, key documents, and performance reviews. The skills and traits you must possess: Exceptionally organised and efficient. Excellent communication skills: A significant part of your role involves communicating with the CEOs and Senior Leadership Team. You must articulate yourself well and communicate effectively. Strong analytical skills, highly proficient in Excel: This is crucial for creating, tracking, and reporting KPIs across all brands in the business. Problem solver: We need someone who can help solve our business challenges, applying first principles thinking and strong critical thinking skills. Commercially minded: Understanding KPIs, reporting, and the business’s revenue model is essential for this role. You need to grasp how the business operates commercially. Strong-willed: We don’t want a “yes” person. We need someone unafraid to challenge us to make the best decisions for the business.
