Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to exceed targets and grow our client portfolio across multiple global markets.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Outbound teams to break into key markets and ensure seamless alignment between sales efforts and overall business objectives.
  • Prepare and present in-depth sales forecasts and performance reports, providing critical insights that will shape the company’s future strategies.
  • Drive the use of CRM and advanced sales tools to track performance, identify opportunities, and streamline team operations.
  • Monitor competitive activities and market dynamics to keep our offerings and pricing strategy ahead of the curve.
  • Set ambitious sales goals, and work closely with your team to ensure they are equipped and motivated to hit KPIs.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team, ensuring continuous development, alignment with company objectives, and a results-driven culture.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at top global companies to secure high-value partnerships.
  • Represent the company as a thought leader at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, elevating brand visibility and expanding your professional network.
  • Constantly refine sales processes, fostering innovation to enhance productivity and scalability as we continue to grow.

Qualifications:


  • 5+ Years of B2B Sales experience preferred.
  • Proven track record in sales leadership, with extensive experience meeting and exceeding ambitious targets.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a history of developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities to win over key clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven decision-making, with a keen eye for trends and actionable insights.
  • Strategic mindset with commercial acumen, and the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing market.
