Teaching Assistant

ASC Teaching Assistant - Wigan Prospero Teaching are seeking a Level 2 qualified Teaching Assistant to support a KS1 student on a 1-1 basis. Experience, Training and Qualifications: You must have a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification, or equivalent Experience working with children with complex needs is essential You must be comfortable providing personal care including nappy changes Experience with sensory activities (desirable but not essential) Up to date Safeguarding certificate within the last year (training can be provided if necessary)Contract Details: Location: Wigan Role- ASC Teaching Assistant Hours - 8:30am-1:15pm Start date - ASAP End date - Ongoing Type of work - temp to perm Full time/part time - part time Minimum rate of pay - £85 per day (dependant on experience)TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST: Hold Right to Work in the UK Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application Provide two professional referencesOTHER If you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with a copy of your up to date CV.
