Aesthetic Practitioner / Therapist

An award-winning luxury medical clinic based in the heart of West London are looking for an exceptional Aesthetic Practitioner for their state-of-the-art aesthetic skin clinic. You will be working as part of a dynamic team directly with medical consultants and working closely with the Medical Director. They are seeking a full time, motivated, hardworking and approachable person for this new clinic. The ideal candidate has a warm personality, team-oriented and has client safety as a top priority. Requirements: * Minimum 3 years’ aesthetic therapist experience * Beauty Therapy NVQ Level 4 * Languages: English * A valid UK/ EU work permit * Previous experience in lasers all skin types, microneedling, advanced electrolysis, advanced skin peels and advanced skin care experience. * We use Skinceuticals, Dermaquest, Obagi ranges and experience of these products would be an advantage, but training will be provided. Responsibilities include: * Conduct comprehensive consultations to understand client needs and skin concerns. * Perform skin assessments and recommend appropriate treatments. * Perform treatments including laser, microneedling, electrolysis, skin peels and advnaced skin care treatments. * Offer detailed aftercare instructions to clients. * Monitor client progress and manage follow-up appointments to assess treatment efficacy and client satisfaction. * Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a luxury experience for each client. * Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. * Stay updated on the latest skincare trends and advancements to provide informed advice. * Work closely with other practitioners, sharing knowledge and techniques to improve overall clinic services.
