Building a strong team of professionals through recruitment, training, mentoring and development, and must be able to lead their team by example following policies, procedures and our companys values. The Food & Beverage Manager should have a strong knowledge of food and beverage management. The ideal candidate can maintain a wine list and all needed supplies for the success of the operation while keeping in line with market trends.. The person in this position must be able to control costs and build profit levels while staying focused on providing five-star customer service. The right candidate will be able to collaborate effectively with the Head Chef, team and guests. The Food & Beverage Manager will report directly to the Hotel Manager. Qualifications: The Restaurant Manager must have proven, successful fine dining experience Exceptional communication sand management skills are a must for the Food & Beverage Manager The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 AA Rosette and Level 2 WSET. The ideal candidate must stay up to date on current food and beverage trends amongst the industry and competitors, demonstrating a real passion for food The Food & Beverage Manager must be invested in people.
