Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing & Communications Assistant to support our Strategic Director. The role involves managing marketing activities across multiple platforms, coordinating events, and assisting with business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Case Studies: Develop and write compelling case studies showcasing completed projects.
* Social Media & Website Updates: Regularly update and manage content on social media channels and the company website to ensure it reflects our brand and projects.
* Submission Documents: Assist in creating high-quality submission documents for tenders and proposals.
* Event Management: Organize and coordinate company events, both internal and external.
* Opportunity Searching: Proactively seek out new business opportunities to support the sales and marketing strategy.
* Salesforce/CRM Management: Oversee and maintain the CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring all data is up-to-date and supporting business development processes.
Requirements:
* Degree in Marketing or equivalent is essential.
* Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Experience or understanding of Salesforce/CRM systems.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Creative mindset with experience in content creation and social media management.
