Position Overview: We are seeking a Field Service Engineer I to deliver frontline support for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our products. This role is critical to ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Perform maintenance activities, including installation and commissioning, in line with global standards. Provide frontline support for key field service activities at customer sites. Conduct basic faultfinding and troubleshooting to resolve or escalate issues promptly. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and safety protocols. Compile detailed reports and provide feedback on service activities. Set up, operate, and maintain software products and monitoring platforms. Accurately capture service-related information through established processes. Qualifications: University degree or formal qualification in mechanical, electromechanical, or electronics disciplines. Previous field service experience in a relevant or related industry, ideally customer-facing. Strong customer focus with the ability to deliver solutions that meet expectations. Excellent problem-solving skills and self-directed work ethic. Ability to communicate effectively in both the local language and basic English. Proficient in using computer software for data recording and report writing. Understanding of technical documentation, including technical drawings. Working Conditions: Shift work may be required to meet customer commitments and emergency coverage.
