What You’ll Be Doing: * Lead and manage sales operations across multiple development sites. * Hit and exceed sales targets while ensuring a top-notch customer experience. * Develop and implement winning sales strategies to boost performance. * Collaborate closely with the Sales Director and wider team to drive success. What You’ll Need: * At least 2 years of experience in a PLC housebuilder. * Excellent leadership and communication skills. * Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing multiple projects. * Experience in new home sales and customer relations. What We’re Offering: * A competitive basic salary of £60,000 with the potential to earn up to an additional £25,000 in OTE!
