We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join the passionate team at Restaurant 1890 by Gordon RamsayInspired by dishes first created by Georges Auguste Escoffier and achieved 1 Michelin Star in February 2024, Restaurant 1890 has created a blend between unparalleled service, culinary creativity, and exquisite wines.The restaurant offers an intimate dining experience, serving a modern French menu with a European influence, using only the finest ingredients sourced from all corners of the world and a vintage wine list to match.Closed Monday & Sunday.
