Working across Purchasing/Inventory/stock areas, you will form part of a new dynamic team for the business.
Job Summary:
You will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing inventory levels to ensure efficient operations. This position involves overseeing stock levels, coordinating shipments, and data analysing across the business to identify trends.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Using accurate and real time data, present findings in form of reports/graphs etc to SMT
- Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the team to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Utilize retail management techniques to organize inventory effectively.
- Utilize inventory systems to track, record, and analyse inventory data accurately.
- Utilize Power BI or similar tools for data analysis and reporting.
Skills:
- Proficient in inventory management practices.
- Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis.
- Experience in shipping, receiving, and materials handling.
- Knowledge of retail management principles.
- Proficiency in inventory systems and software.
- Capable of communicating report to senior management across the business.
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar data analysis tools.
