HR Business Partner

Iconic Resourcing HR are delighted to be partnering exclusively with Morris & Spottiswood as they look to add a HR Business Partner to their team.

Based in Scotland and reporting to the HR Director, the successful candidate will be a key member of the HR team to provide an efficient and timely delivery of generalist HR advice and support to the Company’s internal divisions, as well as driving HR projects across the wider business in support of the Group’s People Plan.
Day to day you will be;
- Responsible for all day-to-day HR activities.
- Work closely with local stakeholders, employees, and managers to fully understand HR needs and create targeted people support strategies.
- Provide excellent level of advice, guidance and support to employees and managers across the full range of ER disciplines.
- Upskilling managers across your group in relation to policies and procedures
- Lead the design and execution of HR transformation projects, ensuring alignment with the Group’s People Plan
You will have the following;
- Experience working within a fast paced and busy HR team
- Experience leading on HR projects ( including transformation projects)
- Excellent stakeholder relationship skills
- A resilient personality and the ability to communicate at all levels in the business
