Job Title: Assistant Project Manager

Salary: Up to £34,000 depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Overseeing team management and personnel coordination
- Assisting in the creation and upkeep of a comprehensive project plan encompassing all aspects of the project
- Applying and utilising Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies
- Taking responsibility for specific work packages and project tasks
- Supporting the project/bid team to ensure all milestones and objectives are successfully met
- Employing project management techniques to identify potential issues early and implement effective mitigation strategies
Your skills and experiences:
- Experience in project management within an engineering development environment, with a solid understanding of commercial and financial principles
- Proven ability to effectively motivate, influence, and manage people
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- A well-rounded business acumen, with a strong focus on customer needs
