Support Worker in Oxfordshire

MidCo Care is a leading provider of health and social care services in SE England. We are looking to recruit Domiciliary Carers and Support workers in our Home Care and Supported Living provisions. The Ideal candidates will need to be of a caring and compassionate nature and possess good written verbal communication skills. You will work with the elderly and individuals that have Learning Disabilities and or Mental Health issues in our supported living services. Training is provided. Your role Your role will entail supporting service users with their daily living aspects, such as, o Preparing meals o Accessing the community o Attending to their appointments o SupportIng them with their personal care if required. o AdministerIng medication if required o Recording and documenting / updating records. You will be responsible for the promotion of Service Users safety and well-being at all times & a commitment to the safeguarding of vulnerable adults
