The Role: * Manage and oversee facilities services across retail sites, ensuring high standards and efficiency. * Liaise with the client to provide a seamless FM service in line with their brand expectations. * Travel nationally to retail stores once a week and to London once a month. * Coordinate and monitor service delivery across the contract, ensuring all compliance and safety standards are met. What We're Looking For: * Retail experience is highly desirable but not essential. * Strong organisational skills with a proactive, can-do attitude. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships. * Not essential to have a technical background – it's all about your ability to manage and coordinate.
